Donna Russo is a full-time Occupational Therapist in our Hamilton Office since 2010. She was inspired to become an Occupational Therapist when at 16 she was in a motor vehicle accident and needed help with dressing herself and other activities of daily living. With a degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac she began specializing in hand therapy in 2003 and treats elbow, wrist, and hand injuries. Donna is proficient in the fabrication of custom upper extremity splints, wound care, treating complex upper extremity injuries, arthritis, post-fracture rehab, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and complex regional pain syndrome with the use of graded motor imagery. She has a special interest in treating patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome as it runs in her family. When at home she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, gardening, crafting, and shooting pool.
